SCANLAB's Trajectory Planning Software for Dynamic-Limited Setpoints

SCANmotionControl by SCANLAB is a trajectory planning software for scan systems that is meant to monitor dynamic-limited setpoints reliably. SCANmotionControl allows high levels of process control and throughput by adjusting laser power and scan speed at the same time. The program guarantees that laser energy is applied precisely, keeping the defined intensity at the intended location and time. Furthermore, the use of simulation and parameter optimization shortens the process development time. The software is compatible with both the excelliSCAN and intelliSCAN IV systems.
