The OX01H1B is a 1.5 MPixel global shutter mono sensor from OMNIVISION designed for driver monitoring systems. The sensor has a 2.2 m pixel size and an NIR quantum efficiency of 36%. It is intended for low-light performance in confined camera settings, and it can perform simultaneous image detection in all pixels to precisely replicate rapid motion without deformation. It includes industry standard ASIL-B and cybersecurity, and it is also available in a rebuilt wafer option for designers who want to create their own package. The OX01H1B has a 1.5MPixel resolution and a 1/4.51-inch optical format, and it can work in temperatures ranging from -40° to 125° Celsius.
